𝗕𝗢𝗦𝗦 𝘃𝘀 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗥

   In order to run an organization or community, a particular individual will be needed to be the chief. Apart from that, this particular person may come from various ages which can lead since their school days.

The thing is, most of us might not aware about the slightly different two types of chief that can be titled, which is boss and leader.

A boss is an individual who is in charge of the organization. He is someone who takes control over employees, orders assign tasks and duties to them. In a company there is no term called ‘boss’, but the word indicates a person who is the owner of the organization.

A leader is an individual who has the ability to influence and leads others by example. He is someone who holds a dominant position with a vision and stays committed to his goal.

Based on the picture above, I think you might have guess what is the most obvious differences between 'Boss' and 'Leader'.

Let me list out the difference between both title that you should alert and take note ;

- A boss gives commands while a leader listens and speaks.
We all know bosses commands, give orders and never listen. However, leaders always listen to the opinions of their colleagues and support them to work for the organization betterment.

A boss expects big results. A leader is generous with praise.
Boss always expects big results and accepts only good work. While a leader is a person who appreciates your small achievement and also gives you constructive criticism whenever necessary. A leader could understands the obstacles that you have to face in order to achieve the certain goal.

A boss gives answers. A leader seeks solutions.
Boss doesn't like to think and work hard if he wants to overcome the problems. A leader guides his employees to grow and develop problem-solving abilities and other skills that add value to a company.

Bosses cause nervousness. Leaders inspire confidence.
This is the most important difference between the boss and the leader. Bosses are never get easily satisfied with their employees hardworking results and might have a high demanding behaviour even though they didn't even try to put themselves in the employee's position. Leaders never underestimate their colleagues achievement and lend their hands to improve it.

To sum up, I highly encourage all my readers to Be A Leader, Not A Boss. Show your best leadership qualities so that you could live in a respectful and outstanding life. I think that's all I could give my perspective on this topic for this time being. Stay tune for other appealing issues from my blog !
